2nd Callback

I got a 2nd callback for the National Tour of "Hairspray". Very excited. Its May 9th so be thinking of me. Also received another callback for a summer stock theatre..but can't make it as I finally got a great paying temp job for 2 weeks and i need the money!!! Wish me luck!! Oh yeah...AI was great lastnight and thank god Bucky's off.

I had my callback today. I did well on the song but I could have done better on the reading. I need to take some classes on reading with a reader. You know when someone behind the table reads all the other parts. I suck at those...I need real actors. More callbacks for Hairspray in May...we will see if they call. I am now searching for a job here in NYC. Stay tuned!!!

Yes even with this cold I have I got a callback! Yeah! This part is perfect for me. My callbacks on Monday I will let you know. Im loving NYC! Oh yes the part is Velma in "Hairspray" or the female authority figure.

Im in NYC Baby!

Hello all! As we all know I want to live in California so thats why im living in NYC as of April 6th. It's alot better living here when it's not so cold. Im loving it...I know its only been 2 days. I have an audition tomorrow for the National Tour of "Hairspray". I will let you know what happens. I actually wont have to many auditions because the summer is slow here but I CANT STAND THE WINTER. I went to see "Hairspray" on broadway lastnight...oh my god it is so fricking good. If you have a chance to see it you have to go. I was in the front row...i loved it...one of the cast members sat on my lap and talked to me. I was almost on broadway! LOL. I have a bad cold so I hope I can sing well tomorrow. Im going to bed early...which sucks because its my first friday night in NYC in awhile. I can't wait to meet up with all my friends. Im seeing some this weekend. So much to do. Stay tune.....xoxoxo
